The U.S. Attorney’s Office of the Eastern District of Louisiana has announced that Race Addington, 49, of Houston, Texas, was charged in a two-count Bill of Information with making false statements to BSEE inspectors in relation to the veracity of BOP testing on an offshore oil and gas platform.
