The Honourable Greg Rickford, Canada's Minister of Natural Resources and Minister for the Federal Economic Development Initiative for Northern Ontario, announced the appointment of Dr. Murray Lytle as a full-time member of the National Energy Board (NEB) for a term of seven years, effective Jul. 6, 2015.
